When we first moved here I had an excruciating toothache. Normally I would never go to an ER with a toothache, but it was 3:00am and there were no other patients. I didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor and was in and out in an hour. While that is quicker than normal, I’ve never been more than 3 hours. Pretty amazing for an emergency room.

I’m not from the area but have always worked in Hospitals and Medical facilities. I have to say that visiting an ER is never a comfortable situation, especially away from home, but St Mary’s staff was five stars all the way from very quick information -admitting, triage, PA, RN’s, X-ray techs & physicians. Very professional and skilled. When in an emergency room there’s privacy in separate rooms or behind curtains but you get a feel for the medical personnel “bedside manner”, how they treat their patients, assure kids how good their doing when they need sutures or a cast & how they communicate with each other…very pleased.

My 95 year old grandma fell and needed to be checked so we headed for the ER. The waiting room was packed, but they got us in surprisingly quick. The staff was AMAZING! We had a great PA, doctor, x-ray tech, check-in nurse, etc. all along the way. The nurse that assisted with discharge was exceptional. I wish I knew her name to give her extra praises. (Long haired young woman with very light blonde hair, petite and SO SWEET & CARING). Honestly, the whole staff deserves a thank you! My grandma is often a little confused and everyone treated her so kindly. Thank you, we all appreciated your kindness and speed!
