Saint Mary’s Cardiac Rehab allows people to resume exercise with extra monitoring by a cardiac monitor. In addition, our program offers lectures to help with emotional recovery and nutritional choices.

This outpatient program is perfect for people who:
- Are recovering from a heart attack
- Have received a coronary stent in their heart due to a build up of plaque
- Are recovering from open heart surgery
- Have been diagnosed with heart failure
