Saint Mary’s Urgent Cares, spanning the region from North Valleys to Sparks and Reno, are staffed with board-certified physicians who provide patients access to care through virtual and streamlined in-clinic visits. Saint Mary’s Urgent Care offers an unparalleled patient experience with a more efficient, accessible, and coordinated model resulting in improved health outcomes for patients. This expansion is the second notable development in the space of urgent and emergency medicine for Saint Mary’s after the hospital announced an innovative online scheduling tool, GetCareNow. With GetCareNow, patients fill out a brief, secure form before choosing a reservation time. The tool can notify the patient if there is a change that may extend the wait time, or a notification can be sent if there has been a reduction in surge to encourage an earlier arrival time.
